1. Needs / Problems Recognition
The system implementation will start from the Need / Problem Recognition. This stage is also known as the Scoping stage. The purpose is to understand the specific payroll / HR needs and requirements of software users. This may include the number of employees, working pattern, company policy, pay dates, payroll cut-off dates and other crucial information. With the information gathered, we will then able to suggest the payroll system package that is suitable and relevant to the software users.
2. System Demonstration
After the needs and problems recognition, our sale personnel will contact the prospective software users to schedule a payroll system demonstration. The demonstration will be conducted on-site based on the users’ request.
3. Software System Setup
Once the software users confirm the order, the next step would be setting up the system, including both server and client workstations. In this stage, our technicians will be assisting in installing the E-Soft Human Resource, Time Management and Payroll System in the client’s site.
4. Payroll System On-Site Training
Besides Software Setup, our support staffs will conduct an on-site training session with the users to ensure the software users are able to get start in using the E-Soft Human Resource, Time Management and Payroll System. The training session can be arranged anytime according to the client’s need. The software users would also have the chance to practice the system.
5. Go Live
After a successful parallel run, the software users can now run the E-Soft Human Resource, Time Management and Payroll System live.
6. On-going Software Support
Our customer support team and programmers will be providing services and maintenance in an on-going basis. The software support will be conducted online, using Skype and Team Viewer.
